Week 10 questions
I was most successful in following through going to the gym multiple times a week. Through this assignment, I’ve felt more wired and awake during the day as I slept more at night from exhaustion of the workout. My body has become a bit more toned than in the beginning and I’ve put on more weight through muscle. The aspect in which I was least successful in achieving was diet change. In the beginning I wanted to do everything at once (change eating habits and work out more), however combining the two proved to be difficult as the more I worked out the more I was hungry and healthy food is harder to obtain unless made and I was too tired to make it afterwards. Although I did start bringing healthier snacks to school and munch on whilst in class. The most important thing I learned about myself through this experience was that I can. I can do whatever I want if I just put in the effort. Things won’t just fall into my lap and I have to work for the things I want. This assignment pushed me to do what I’ve wanted to do for years and that was really eye opening to me.
